GERRY WEBER Retail GmbH & Co. KG suc­cess­fully concludes In­solv­ency Pro­ceed­ings under self-ad­min­is­tra­tion

Bielefeld, 3 March 2020 – With the decision by the local court Bielefeld, GERRY WEBER Retail GmbH & Co. KG, a wholly-owned subsidiary of GERRY WEBER International AG, has successfully concluded insolvency proceedings under selfadministration according to plan on 29 February 2020. Prior, the parent company GERRY WEBER International AG had already concluded its insolvency proceedings under self-administration on 31 December 2019. The operative restructuring of GERRY WEBER continues well into the year 2023. Key building blocks of the defined restructuring strategy have already been implemented in 2019 and carried out successfully in first steps.
