Community of heirs takes over share­hold­ings of Udo Hardieck

Nina Lauterbach and Alexander Hardieck have taken over the shareholdings of their recently deceased father Udo Hardieck – one of the two founders of GERRY WEBER International AG.

Last week, the company was informed by the heirs, that they jointly hold 17.04 % of GERRY WEBER Group through “Hardieck Anlagen GmbH & Co. KG”. Additionally, both individually hold further shares.

Managing Board and Supervisory Board of GERRY WEBER International AG are pleased, that the Hardieck family remains closely affiliated to the company through this transaction.
