GERRY WEBER launches strategic part­ner­ship with pro­cure­ment experts Techno Design

Halle/Westphalia, 12.05.2023 – In the course of the realignment, the GERRY-WEBER Group will focus on its core competencies:

• further development of its brands and brand communication
• design and development of successful collections
• distribution of the brands

In sourcing, the company intends to strengthen its position through an exclusive strategic cooperation with Techno Design GmbH as a strong global partner from June 01, 2023.

Techno Design is known for its innovative and vertically integrated end-to-end sourcing solutions. The company is headquartered in Düsseldorf, Germany, and has a global presence with sourcing offices in relevant markets. Techno Design will take over the existing sourcing operations of the GERRY-WEBER Group and cater to all the global sourcing needs.

CEO Angelika Schindler-Obenhaus on the deal: “Techno Design has a very good reputation in the market and brings other key prerequisites for a successful partnership. The operational transition of all sourcing activities is to take place successively.
