Today the verticalisation is fully integrated into the day-to-day business: Collections have been streamlined, processes optimised and competences have been purposefully bundled. At the headquarters in Halle/Westphalia a creativity centre has been built for the employees adapted to the changed processes therefore optimizing the cooperation through shorter ways and creating synergies by an open and creative atmosphere.
One part and a particular focus of the vertical integration strategy forms an even closer cooperation with wholesale partners by vertical partnership concepts.
Thanks to its own distribution system, the HOUSES OF GERRY WEBER and EDP connection to the majority of its partners, the company is provided with valuable information about the success of the collections in the shop.
